I've been in deep reflection these past several days... How about you?

Did you reign in those fierce energies of the last full moon or did you allow them to sweep over you like a quiet roar? Either way, there's more to come.

Today I'll be sharing about how tuning our spiritual work with the natural rhythms of the cosmos opens up more magic and purpose in our lives while helping to heal the emotional body.

For the past several years I've been tuning in with the moon cycles and noticing how my emotional consciousness responds to its rhythms. I started to refine this practice by paying attention to the movement of the New and Full moon phases through the signs of the zodiac.

This simple refinement has profoundly impacted my intuition, connection with nature, my own natural rhythms while expanding and deepening my consciousness.

The more I discover about our connection with nature including the cosmos the more I discover the true nature of myself. 

Being that 99% of ascension happens from healing the emotional body and science has caught up with what the ancients have known that the moon has tremendous effects on our emotions, wouldn't it make good sense to utilize the energy of the moon's most intense phases to help us heal and even harmonize our emotions?

If you said yes or even maybe, lean in a bit and let me share a story with you.......

Eleven days ago, the Full moon was in the sign of Leo, there were some other cosmological factors at play but for simplicity's sake let's stick with the Full Moon in Leo.

The energy Leo manifests within our psyches influences how we think and feel about being seen, shining our light, tuning into our heart's true desires, how we lead and show up in relationships including the one with ourselves. Did you notice if any of these topics were on your mind during that period of time?

In my last message I shared that energy would be lighting up within the Dan Tien, Solar Plexus and Heart Chakras. You can read that share here for more context.

On the day of the Full Moon, as I tuned into these energy centers I heard the phrase, "Don't shine too bright or you'll cast a shadow."

"What an interesting phrase. Where did that come from?" I thought to myself.

This phrase caught me by surprise as I wasn't feeling as if I had any shadow work to do around these chakras.  Though, I've heard this phrase come up before in my mind and just dismissed it. I really didn't know where it originated from and I never gave it any energy - consciously.

As I felt the energy of the Full Moon intensify I was starting to feel restless, this was a signal from my soul to get curious and dig a little deeper.

I sat contemplating this phrase and realized that the only time that a shadow is cast from light shining is if there is something blocking the light.

I had a little chuckle at the logic and wondered what might this "block" be?

So, I got even more still and contemplated on this "block" while focusing my attention and breath into my four chakras mentioned above. This is one practice that we can utilize to harness or flow with the cosmic energies as they beam to us and rise up within us.

When we get still and focus intently while aligning with the energies of the cosmos magic happens. I was guided to go deep, deeper into my soul's history to uncover where this block was and what it was trying to reveal to me.

Long story short.... I discovered that there were filaments of shame and guilt present related to wanting to be seen that were surfacing in order to be acknowledged and released so that I can joyfully share, inspire, guide and just be with others who are on this journey too.

I also discovered through thoughtful review of my soul's history that I have spent many lifetimes on Earth in seclusion, in caves, in spiritual sects cast out and this is one of the first lives that I've incarnated to experience being seen in this way. No wonder it's uncomfortable at times.

I can't tell you how freeing this was to realize. To admit to myself and to others that, "Hey, I want to share with you because it brings me joy to share and the best way I can is to, well.... share with you and to be seen in the process, guilt and shame free!"

I  also did a little more research about the shadowy side of Leo - The shadowy side of shining is not shining the light onto others and for me personally that is another place where the guilt and shame came from. If I spoke up and took the light off of someone else, I was shamed. I'm so grateful that this topic surfaced so that I could clear the distortions around it in my own consciousness and soul history.

It was a beautiful recognition and acknowledgment of the trembles that we all face as we step into the light of our purpose and missions.

As we step into our purpose and missions everyday there are still opportunities to evolve and more layers that show up ready to be released in order to support our soul's experience and evolution with greater clarity, joy and strength.

As we ascend, less and less is hidden. We can't hide from ourselves, right?

Light shines the light on everything, even if it is deemed "unsavory" or "limiting".

It is what it is - energy and information. Frequency. And that my friend, can be shifted.

My new awareness that I remind myself of daily is just because we shine our lights doesn't mean that we will cast shadows onto anybody or anything else! None of us need to feel guilt or shame because we want to be seen sharing our "gifts". We're all gifted and coded to serve each other.

When we are serving from our true hearts, a place of service to others, the only shadows that are cast are our limiting beliefs or fears. When they rise it's a message that it's time to shine a light there because it's ready to be transformed into a new awareness that is beneficial for all.

With the spirit of curiosity and even amusement in our hearts and minds we can flow with the energies of the universe to harmonize our emotional bodies during the phases of the moon. As we do this regularly we become active and conscious directors of our ascension process, reclaiming our sovereignty one revelation at a time.

How simple.This subconscious block was lying dormant within me ready to surface to teach me what was relevant and needed to be known now in order to settle more deeply into self acceptance and ultimately unconditional self love.

After all, isn't that the frequency that we're all working towards anchoring here on Earth?
